The role of soft skills formation among foreign language teachers

n the 21st century, in era of globalization, modern teachers, order to successfully implement their professional activities, need additional skills, so-called «soft skills», without, which even best professional, nowadays cannot achieve a good result. In accordance with purpose and objectives this research, there was investigated determined level soft skills among foreign language teachers Akmola region. determine are related teachers’ competence, conducted questionnaire survey “Google form” consisting 16 questions. The total number respondents 363 from different districts As part participants were asked answer questions about “soft skills” definition concept. results our study revealed an insufficient 74% respondents, suggests analysis adjustment educational programs for training teachers.
